You can expect:
Sacred Sites & Rituals: Experience powerful ceremonies at some of India’s most revered temples and holy places. Participate in time-honored rituals that have been practiced for centuries. We’ll also be there for Holi - the traditional festival to welcome spring with vibrant colors and absolute joy!
Spiritual Immersion: Engage in diverse, traditional practices that aid in connecting us to the awe and wonder of spirit. From meditation to chanting mantras, vedic numerology to sacred geometry; we’ll blend it all together for a rich, deep understanding and how to weave it into your life back home.
Yoga & Healing Practices: Align your body and mind with daily yoga, pranayama and other traditional healing modalities designed to ground and transform you.
Cultural Exploration: Wander through bustling markets, witness the breathtaking beauty of India’s landscapes and enjoy the most delicious food; our hosts are incredible cooks themselves and will be sharing their secrets through cooking lessons while staying at their home in Haridwar!

Itinerary
March 1 - Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, settle in with a nice meal and an overnight at a local hotel.
March 2-6 - Haridwar
Experience a city like no other. Gorgeous temples and riverside rituals of epic proportion; it’s here we’ll celebrate Holi, learn sacred geometry and numerology, eat amazing home-cooked meals (and learn how to do it ourselves), practice yoga every day and experience amazing markets.
March 7-10 - Rishikesh
A short drive from Haridwar, we’ll stay in a private, boutique hotel overlooking the Himalayas. Renowned as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’ this serene city attracts yogis, seekers and adventurers alike. Here we’ll visit ancient caves, temples and ruins, the Beatles Ashram, meditate and linger on the banks of the Ganga River and sink deeply into practices.
March 11-13 - Varanasi
A quick flight from Delhi and we’re in one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world! A truly mystical, sacred city, Varansi is not to be missed; a place where life and death exist in sacred harmony. We’ll embark on a sunrise boat ride as the city comes to life, observe rites and rituals that are truly unforgettable, amble through the labrynth-like alleys of the old city filled with temples, silk weavers and hidden shrines.
March 14 - Return to Delhi
Enjoy a closing dinner together. Depart.
